October 2009 Results

Peggy's Trophy, Tuesday 27th October

Forty ladies turned out to play on a mild day. The course was wet. The results were as follows:

Pat Hatch's 3 clubs and a putter, Saturday 17th October

Fourteen ladies played. Pat Hatch came and presented the trophy to the winner (which she had previously kindly donated). The results were as follows:

October Midweek Medal, Tuesday 13th October

Forty two ladies played in the medal. It was a cold start but turned warm and sunny later: perfect conditions with some good scores. The results were as follows:

October Weekend Medal, Sunday 11th October

Ten ladies played in the October weekend medal. The results were as follows:

All Winners and Best of the Rest, Sunday 4th and Tuesday 6th October

Players qualify to play in the "All Winners" if they have won a ladies competition in the last year, everyone else plays in the "Best of the rest". Sunday was a mild day with some sunshine but on Tuesday there was major rain for the first 10 holes with flooded greens. After nearly calling the game off, the rain stopped and play continued.
