Despite the bad weather, which continued for most of the day, there was a record turnout this year for Lady Captains' Day at Wexham Park golf club.

May Stableford and Lin Ives Salver, Saturday 13th May 2006The course was in great condition and some good scores were achieved. The results were as follows: | ||||||||||||||||||

May Medal, Sunday 7th and Tuesday 9th May 2006Thirty nine ladies took part in the May medal. The greens were treated last week and after lots of rain had grown and were incredibly slow compared to previous weeks. The results were as follows: | ||||||||||||||||||

Texas Scramble, Tuesday 2nd May 2006Forty five ladies took part in this competition in teams of three. At last we had a day when we played in warm sunshine with no rain. The results were as follows: | ||||||||||||||||||

This competition was played off seven eigths handicap which, combined with the course being very wet after a week of rain, led to a challenging competition. Linda kindly donated prizes for nearest the pin on the 5th and nearest the white line (straightest drive) on the 12th.
