February 2010 Results

Tex-Mex Scramble, Tuesday 23rd February

The course was basically water logged and the rain came down badly by l.00 p.m. but still twenty six brave ladies ventured out into the cold in teams of three. In the 'mexican' version of the Texas Scramble the second shot is played by all except the person whose drive was picked and so on for each subsequent shot. This means that there are three shots to choose from from tee but then only two for subsequent shots. The results were as follows:

Twenty eight ladies braved the rain to play in this pairs competition. The results were as follows:

Anne and Peter's Trophy, Saturday 13th February

Twenty ladies played in very cold but dry conditions. This was the first weekend competition where the new ponds on 3rd and 15th came into play. Well done to Anne and Julie for reducing their handicaps. The results were as follows:
